How does the $240 account credit work?
Sign up by September 30, 2027 and $20 comes off each of your first 12 monthly bills, $240 in all. It starts with your very first bill and is applied automatically, so there is no waiting period, nothing to mail in and no call to make. Everyone who signs up gets it, and it comes on top of the other launch offers, including the Launch Loyalty Rate for current customers.
Do I have to be home for the installation?
Yes, for the in-home setup. A MultiGig technician connects your Wi-Fi, TVs and phone, and makes sure everything works before leaving. You'll pick a morning or afternoon window that suits you. Installation is free when you sign up by December 17, 2026.
Will I lose my phone number?
No. We move your current number to MultiGig Voice for you. You keep the number you've always had.
What happens to my current TV service?
Nothing changes before December 17, 2026. Your current service and pricing continue without interruption until then. On that date, service transitions to MultiGig. Sign up ahead of time and we'll have you ready before the switch.
Who gets the Launch Loyalty Rate?
Residents with current service through the community who switch to MultiGig. Your internet is $34.99 a month for Half Gig or $44.99 a month for Full Gig, and the rate carries into any bundle. New residents sign up at the standard $39 and $49 rates.
How does the Refer a Neighbor credit work?
Tell us your neighbor’s name when you sign up, or have them mention you when they join. Every neighbor who becomes a new MultiGig customer earns you a $25 credit on your bill. No limit, no end date.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. Wi-Fi equipment comes with your internet plan, and every TV package includes a Fire TV Stick. The phone adapter is already included in the $35 price.
What if I spend winters away?
Put your service on hold while you're gone and pick it back up when you return. Use the seasonal hold form or call us and we'll set it up.
